We are not able to accept returns on microgreens, but please contact us via email, phone, or text if you have any problems with your order.

Quality Issues

The quality of the products we deliver is of utmost importance to us.  We aim to deliver the freshest products possible!  If you discover a quality issue upon receipt of your order, please email us within 3 days of delivery and include the following info for our review:

  • your order number
  • photos of the products
  • product package label

Warm weather advisory

During warm weather, we strongly suggest customers be available to accept their deliveries, or note a custom shipping request based on availability, to prevent packages from sitting outside in warm weather, which may cause products to wilt.
